You can support us with:

• Procurement & ensuring availability: demand-driven planning to guarantee optimal supply of goods
• Coordination & management: collaboration with external service providers, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Returns processing: handling and optimizing returns
• Process optimization: further development and implementation of efficient internal processes
• Season & promotion planning: sales and campaign-oriented scheduling considering forecasts and market dynamics
• Operational order and goods receipt control: responsibility for ordering processes, booking of goods receipts, and inventory control
• Order processing & transport management: coordination of orders and management of transport processes for timely delivery
• Operational day-to-day business: ensuring smooth operation of all logistics-relevant processes

This is what you bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or commercial training with relevant professional experience
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
• Good knowledge of Google Drive & MS Excel
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Structured and precise way of working with a high degree of reliability
• Confident and obliging demeanor in dealing with suppliers and partners
• Fluent German & business-fluent English
• Nice to have: export and customs knowledge
