You can support us with:

• Strategic development of our categories in food retail
• Analysis of market, competitor, and sales data to identify growth potential
• Derivation of data-driven recommendations for assortment design, placement, and promotion
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development
• Preparation and execution of annual meetings with sound category insights
• Development of shelf optimizations and argumentation bases for customer appointments
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs and creation of reports and presentations
• Participation in new product launches and assortment revisions

What you bring:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or a comparable position in the FMCG environment
• Sound knowledge of German food retail
• Very good analytical understanding and confident handling of market data and KPIs
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with common market data tools
• High level of initiative, motivation, and team spirit
