When is shipping free?

For orders over €49, we deliver your snacks for free directly to your home. Simply fill your shopping cart and enjoy!

Shipping & Returns

We ship your order within Germany with a flat shipping fee of €5.90. For orders over €10, the flat shipping fee is €4.90. For orders over €49, we deliver free of charge.
Delivery time is usually 2–4 business days.

Shipping to Austria:
Shipping costs are €9.90.
For orders over €59, we deliver free of charge.
Delivery time is usually 2–8 business days.

Please note that returns can only be accepted with closed, unopened bags.
For hygienic reasons, returns of opened or damaged packaging are unfortunately excluded.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipping.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed once it has been placed.

As soon as the ordering process is complete, your order is processed directly in our system and can no longer be adjusted.

Satisfaction Guarantee

What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to try Heimatgut without risk. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your order, please contact us – we will arrange a fair and uncomplicated solution.


Which orders are covered by the guarantee?

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time orders in our online shop. We want to enable new customers to get to know Heimatgut without taking any risks.


What happens if I didn't like a product?

Tastes differ – that's completely normal. If a product didn't appeal to you or you're not satisfied, just contact us. Depending on the situation, we will refund the purchase price or offer you a suitable alternative.


Do I get my money back or a voucher?

Both are possible. Our goal is a fair solution that satisfies you. Customers often voluntarily opt for a voucher – we make the decision together.


How do I report a warranty claim?

Just write to us via the contact form or by email to our customer service. Please provide your order number and describe what wasn't right – we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Why does Heimatgut offer this guarantee?

Because we are convinced of our products. For us, the Satisfaction Guarantee is a sign of transparency, trust, and responsibility – even beyond the purchase.

How long do I have to report?

You can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to claim the Satisfaction Guarantee.

How can I pay in the Heimatgut Shop?

We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna (instant bank transfer & invoice purchase), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What's the best way to store my treats?

Ideally, store them cool, dry, and in an airtight container to keep them nice and crispy.

Discount Codes & Vouchers

Discount codes can be entered in the checkout field and are not combinable. Please note that some products (e.g., bundles, limited editions, or already discounted items) may be excluded from discount promotions.
Each code is valid for a limited time and not retrospectively applicable to completed orders.
In case of returns, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. Cash payment or subsequent crediting is excluded.
