Your role with us:

As a Content Creator for TikTok, you are the creative mind behind our social media presence. You develop ideas, implement them independently, and ensure that our brand comes across as authentic, fresh, and likeable with every post, reel, and trend. You work closely with our marketing, design, and e-commerce teams and drive our brand forward with creative concepts.

How you can support us:

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Development, planning, and implementation of creative content for TikTok
• Independent creation and editing of photo and video content
• Co-creation and further development of our brand presence on social media

Trend & Community Management

• Scouting current social media trends, sounds, and formats – and their creative adaptation for Heimatgut
• Interaction with our community: You know our followers, respond to comments, and build long-term relationships

Campaigns & Collaborations

• Support in the implementation of social media campaigns and launches
• Collaboration with influencers and partners – from research to briefing and content approval

Analysis & Further Development

• Monitoring and evaluation of content performance and KPIs
• Derivation of learnings to continuously improve our content

What you bring to the table:

• Initial experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or Influencer Marketing – ideally in the FMCG, lifestyle, or agency environment
• A feel for trends, aesthetics, and brand communication
• Creativity and a good eye for visuals, storytelling, and timing
• Hands-on mentality – you implement ideas independently, whether in front of or behind the camera
• Basic knowledge in video and photo editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Canva)
• Enjoyment of teamwork, communication, and mutual development
