You can support us with:

• Overall responsibility for the sales strategy and its implementation
• Leading, developing, and motivating our sales team
• Expanding and managing our key accounts with a focus on food retail and drugstores
• Developing and implementing sustainable growth strategies
• Sales responsibility, as well as forecasting and budget planning
• Negotiating annual talks, conditions, and contracts at the top management level
• Identifying new sales channels and business opportunities
• Close collaboration with marketing, product development, and management
• Managing and optimizing marketing budget and sales key figures

You bring with you:

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the FMCG environment
• Profound leadership experience and enjoyment in developing teams
• In-depth understanding of the German food retail and drugstore market
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic strength
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong closing abilities
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Confident demeanor combined with charm and enthusiasm for sales
• Driving license class B
