You can support us with:

• Inventory Planning & Forecasting – Procurement & ensuring availability; demand-driven planning to guarantee optimal goods supply
• Coordination & Control – Collaboration with external service providers, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Supplier Management – Independent management and optimization of collaboration with suppliers
• Process Optimization – Further development and implementation of efficient internal processes
• Seasonal & Campaign Planning – Sales and campaign-oriented scheduling considering forecasts and market dynamics
• Operational Order and Goods Receipt Management – Responsibility for ordering processes, booking of goods receipts, and inventory control
• Conducting price and contract negotiations at national and international levels
• Analysis of seasonal fluctuations and ordering behavior of individual customers
• Data maintenance and optimization in our ERP system

You bring with you:

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or a commercial apprenticeship
• At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing
• Very good knowledge of Google Drive & MS Excel (Microsoft Power User)
• Experience in Demand Planning
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Structured and precise way of working with a high degree of reliability
• Confident and engaging demeanor when dealing with suppliers and partners
• Fluent German & business fluent English
